REPORTING OF ILLEGALITY

In compliance with the provisions of Legislative Decree No. 24/2023, TAV VACUUM FURNACES SpA has established an internal reporting channel to enable the reporting, by the parties entitled to do so, of any violations of national or European Union regulations that harm the public interest or the integrity of the public administration or TAV VACUUM FURNACES SpA.

Thanks to the active and responsible participation of employees and third parties, through the reporting of any conduct that does not comply with the aforementioned regulations, TAV VACUUM FURNACES SpA is able to promptly take the necessary corrective actions.

WHO CAN REPORT?

Reports, including anonymously, can be made by employees, candidates, consultants, collaborators, volunteers, trainees, shareholders, directors and anyone else who has a relationship with TAV VACUUM FURNACES SpA.

HOW TO MAKE A REPORT AND HOW ARE REPORTS HANDLED?

The report must be adequately substantiated, i.e., it must contain sufficient details to ascertain the reported facts (e.g., elements allowing the identification of the persons involved, the context, place and time period of the reported facts, and supporting documentation).

The report may be made through the internal channel, appropriate to ensure the confidentiality of the identity of the reporter, by written communication to be sent by registered letter with acknowledgement of receipt to the address of the Whistleblowing Management Officer or his pec address, as identified in the Whistleblowing Procedure, or orally during a meeting organized with the Whistleblowing Management Officer.

The Whistleblowing Management Officer when receiving a report, in any form (written or oral), shall promptly, and in any case within 7 days, forward an acknowledgement of receipt to the whistleblower and within 3 months of such communication a confirmation will be provided regarding the action taken or intended to be taken regarding the report.

GUARANTEE OF CONFIDENTIALITY AND SAFEGUARDS

The reporter and the persons involved in the report are guaranteed absolute confidentiality. In the case of anonymous reports, it is not possible to trace the identity of the reporter.

No form of personal or professional retaliation as a result of the report is permitted or tolerated.

All processing of personal data is carried out in accordance with privacy regulations.
